🔹 Individual Training:
Aimed at developing each player’s core skills, including:
Ball handling
Shooting techniques
Physical fitness
Movement with the ball without pivoting
Building self-confidence and self-discipline
🔹 Team Training:
Focused on strengthening team spirit and collective tactics, such as:
Fast passing
Tactical movement
Team defense
On-court communication
These training sessions are conducted under the supervision of specialized coaches who apply the latest training methods appropriate to the participants’ ages and varying skill levels.
🏀 Basketball is not just a game; it is a true school that teaches values, leadership, and teamwork. The participating players have shown remarkable enthusiasm and continuous improvement in their performance, within a safe and encouraging sports environment at the club.
📸 The training sessions were documented with on-site photos that highlight the seriousness and enjoyment experienced by the players during each practice, reflecting the great success of this activity as part of our ongoing programs.
