6th of October Public Library in Agouza, affiliated with the Misr Society for Culture and Community Development, organized an innovative and interactive workshop through its “Learning and Fun Club”, aimed at teaching children the basics of Arabic letter writing and how to write their names using artistic coloring techniques.
The workshop targeted children aged 4 to 6 years, providing them with an engaging educational experience through coloring and shading their names. This hands-on activity helped develop language skills and fine motor abilities while strengthening their connection to Arabic language and cultural identity from an early age.
The workshop was conducted by Ms. Rana Badr, supervisor of the Learning and Fun Club, in a joyful and lively atmosphere that captivated all participating children.
In this context, Ms. Amal Ahmed, Director of 6th of October Public Library in Agouza, stated that the workshop is part of the library’s strategy to integrate activities with available knowledge resources. It aims to encourage children to express the beauty of the Arabic language and highlight its role in instilling social and ethical values.
